There’s a movie on Hulu that’s called “Take Shelter” where the same event occurred to the people.

A toxic fire, an evacuation, and then a lift of the evacuation very quickly.
The moral of the movie was the concern of the main character being affected by the chemicals from the toxicities.
I’m or professional, but common sense says it’s or safe to send people back to their homes.
Like many natural causes, I think we need to do better for our people, regardless of color, race or creed.

The people affected should be taken into a safe temporary living area until they can truly and safely return home.
They should be plugged into a temporary government program created specific to the catastrophe that has happened to the families until they can re-enter their normal lives or at worse, be replanted somewhere else.
